Dwelling/Building Protection: Provides protection for your home’s structure, should it be partially or completely destroyed by an act of nature except for floods. Flood insurance is typically sold on a separate policy most commonly from the NFIP.

Other Structures: Provides protection for outbuildings on your property, such as sheds or detached garages, should they be damaged. This does not cover your Lanai or Screen Enclosure. It is important to have a Screen Enclosure Limit Endorsement in the Endorsement section of your policy to protect your Lanai or Screen Enclosure.

Personal Property Protection: Provides protection for personal belongings like televisions, clothing and other easily replaceable items whether they are destroyed in a storm or stolen in a burglary. It is vital to also have the Personal Property Replacement Endorsement on your policy in addition to this limit.

Loss of Use: Provides protection for reasonable living expenses during your home’s repair, if it’s deemed unlivable after an insured disaster or due to a claim.

Liability Protection: Provides legal protection in the event an accident, in or out of your home, that results in bodily injury or property damage that you are held legally responsible for.

Medical Protection: This can help pay for minor medical expenses incurred by someone who is injured on your property, regardless of fault. This can be a way to prevent small incidents from escalating into larger lawsuits.

Hurricane Deductible: This deductible is separate from the all other peril deductible in a homeowners' policy and is the amount the insured is responsible to pay in the event of a hurricane claim.

All other Peril Deductible: This deductible is used in the event that damage occurs to your home other than a Hurricane Incident. This deductible is applied in incidents that include damage from a fire, lightning strike, theft, vandalism, water leaks, including other incidents.
